This role provides leadership to Shop Managers and assigned production personnel while working with supporting departments to resolve constraints, improve production flow, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality and business requirements. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse & Inventory, Engineering, Quality, Technical Services, and other supporting functions to resolve material, technical, quality, documentation, and resource constraints affecting production.
