LI-BM1You will be responsible for soliciting & analyzing quotations, negotiating purchases, selecting suppliers & contractors, reviewing, creating, and approving purchase order transactions through Oracle to ensure timely supply of business materials and contractor servicesIn this role you will monitor open orders, drive order execution, and communicates status to internal stakeholdersBuilding business relationships and leverage the global supply base to promote procurement efficiencies and execute purchases with terms most favorable to the businessFurther, you will identify new vendors & materials and work cross functionally to expand sourcing optionsYou will help identify improvement opportunities in the procurement function and actively participate in business productivity and operational excellence initiativesCoordinate with the finance organization to establish and maintain supplier profiles as well as resolve supplier payment issuesYou will utilize various tools to maintain inventory levels according to business needs .
