POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
<h3 class="">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day accounting functions for MarketForce, including general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.</li><li>Supervise and develop a team of accountants, ensuring timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.</li><li>Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and variance analyses for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Maintain compliance with internal policies, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and audit requirements.</li><li>Monitor and improve accounting processes and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to audit inquiries.</li><li>Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and other cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards, process improvements, and technology tools.</li><li>Ensure data consistency, reporting accuracy, and clear documentation across all financial records.</li><li>Support the Director of Accounting with strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc reporting.</li></ul>

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
