Execution & Delivery - Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for complex programs and projects through the development of project plans intended to accomplish goals and objectives within prescribed timeframes and budgets, partnering with cross-functional teams and external delivery partners (architecture/engineering, general contractor, developer, and specialist vendors) to achieve milestones and to quality and safety expectations. Risk & Business Continuity - Communicates with stakeholders and executive/senior management, providing insight on risk/issue identification, escalation, mitigation, and resolution; leads enterprise risk and business-continuity management, including legacy-site production continuity, single-sourced supply protection, and phased transfer/qualification sequencing until stability is proven at the receiving facility.
