Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded control software development using MBD, C/C++, and MATLAB/Simulink, including model development, simulation, code generation, and cross-functional collaboration with hardware, systems, base software, validation, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions meeting program timelines, quality goals, and release commitments. This role provides technical and people leadership for control algorithms, system modeling, Model-Based Design, software integration, and validation across the full software development lifecycle, while ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and compliant control software.
