Perform extensive financial modeling analysis and valuation work on potential acquisitions; Interface across Outpost’s internal and external functional areas, including executive leadership, external partners, attorneys, brokers, lenders, and other similar parties. This role will work directly with senior leadership, supporting all aspects of sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution across our IOS (industrial outdoor storage) and truck-terminal portfolios.
