The position includes collaboration with school administration, the Athletic Department, fellow coaches, students, families, and community partners to promote student connectedness, safety, sportsmanship, and competitive success. Under the direction of an assigned administrator, the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach is responsible for planning, directing, and supporting Royal High School's girls Lacrosse program.
