Hours per Shift: 11.5 (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post open heart and cardiac care unit experience, 2 years of RN experience License: NYS RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Cardiac surgical ICU experience or cardiac ICU experience, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Description: The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. Educates patients and caregivers while anticipating needs and readiness to learn about their plan of care, transition of care, promotion of health, and prevention of disease.
