Demonstrates clinical and technical competence when assisting with imaging related treatments and procedures including; biopsies, needle localization's, stereotactic Breast biopsies, PICC line Portacath insertions, stress tests, myelograms, lumbar punctures, cardiac CT and Vein Clinic. Working knowledge of EKG interpretation, hemodynamic pressure recording/interpretation, sterile technique, imaging special procedures equipment and supplies, computer skills adequate to document nursing notes electronically and access hospital information systems.
