Based on skills and training, and the needs of the department for specific trade specialties, a Maintenance Craftsperson performs a range of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, repair and building construction related activities which may include, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or other technical skills. Perform HVAC preventive maintenance on all equipment such as air handling units, fan coil units, exhaust fans, condensing units, circulator pumps, air compressors, variable frequency drives, heating and chilled water systems etc.
