Reporting to the Manager of Emergency Response, this role focuses on planning, coordination, documentation, training support, and real time response assistance to ensure the organization meets regulatory requirements and can effectively manage emergencies impacting passengers, employees, and operations. The Emergency Response Specialist supports the airline's Emergency Response Program by assisting with preparedness, response, and recovery activities, related to aircraft accidents, significant operational disruptions, and other critical events.
