The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to: Responsible for vehicle acquisition, evaluation, replacement, upfitting, GPS program, licensing, registrations, auctioning, vehicle accidents, insurance claims, fuel cards, motor vehicle records, dispositions, and repair/maintenance programs. Develops and implements programs of preventive maintenance pertaining to the County fleet, manages and analyzes operation and maintenance costs for all County vehicles, and evaluates vehicles and recommends their replacement when necessary.
