Coordinate monthly variance analysis of financial and operational performance compared to Outlook, Annual Plan, and prior year results, partnering with the Financial Analyst, Operations, Sourcing, Commercial, and Division leadership to understand business drivers, communicate insights, and identify opportunities for improvement and forecast alignment. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements, ensuring the integrity of both ITW enterprise reporting and internal StampTech management reporting while providing analysis and insights that drive business performance and informed decision-making.
