div> A premier automotive customization and performance shop is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician with a passion for high-end, specialty, and performance vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys solving unique technical challenges, and wants to work on a diverse range of vehicles — from vintage builds to modern exotic and performance platforms. Maintains, installs, services, parts such as Engines, Transmissions, Starters, air compressors, brakes, air conditioners, mufflers, Tune-ups, alternators, radiators, Differentials, Struts & shocks, ABS Systems, and other parts. The Auto Technician performs a full range of duties, including but not limited to the installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of mechanical and electrical systems. p>Physical Requirements: The essential functions of this position require the ability to: Intermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, walking, lifting of light and heavy objects, climbing ladders/stairs/ramps or scaffolding, and using tools and equipment that require a high degree of manual dexterity. Required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, feel, talk, hear, to reach with hands or arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and smell. The ideal candidate for this position has a college degree or some coursework (preferred), three years of experience in the automotive repair business, some supervisory/management/mentor experience, a continuous improvement background, P&L experience, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
