Perform preventative maintenance services as trained and certified, including oil and filter changes, fluid checks and top-offs, and inspections of items such as lights, wiper blades, tires, and brakes. You will serve as a key point of contact throughout the guest's visit by listening to their needs, explaining recommended products and services, answering questions, and keeping them informed throughout the service process.
