The Home Friend Program Coordinator conducts in-home assessments, coordinates the assignment and dispatch of Home Friend workers, assists with staff support and program administration, and maintains accurate information for required reporting to the Essex County Division of Senior Services. Working closely with the program manager, Home Friend staff, volunteers, clients, and community partners, this position plays an important role in coordinating services that promote client safety, independence, dignity, and quality of life.
