You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, writing up work orders, scheduling appointments, delegating work to technicians, writing estimates, obtaining customer authorizations, purchasing parts, creating an invoice including parts and service, calling customer when work is complete, billing out customers. This could include teaching the most effective ways to generate sales by checking cars, provide thorough follow-up, and close deals.
