Candidates who have not completed 18 semester hours of qualifying graduate mathematics coursework must complete an approved graduate coursework plan to reach that requirement. Application packets must include a curriculum vitae or résumé, statement of teaching philosophy, completed GMC application, unofficial transcripts from all colleges attended, and contact information for three references.
