Job Description:  As an Avionics Technician, here is what youll be doing at the core, day to day.<ul><li>Install and test complex avionics equipment and electrical systems on aircraft. 
	</li><li>Comply with environmental health/safety policies and procedures.  
	</li><li>Perform and document all work per appropriate manuals and regulations. 
	</li><li>Remove, repair and re-install any problematic avionics equipment before aircraft is cleared. 
	</li><li>Assemble and install electrical components. 
	</li><li>Operate ground support equipment if required. 
	</li><li>Provide accurate diagnosis of avionics problem(s). 
	</li><li>Maintain detailed records of all repairs and worked performed on aircraft.

  Heres what is required to succeed as an Avionics Technician.

<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of work experience or substantiated equivalent experience.  
	</li><li>Corporate jet aircraft or commercial aircraft experience preferred.   
	</li><li>Military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot/Isochronal/Phase inspections) is a plus.
