The Aerospace Program Manager ensures customer requirements, contractual commitments, delivery priorities, quality expectations, and revenue assumptions are clearly understood; provides accurate program visibility; identifies and escalates risks; coordinates cross-functional action; and maintains disciplined communication with customers and internal leadership. The successful candidate is a proactive, data-driven program leader who can manage competing priorities, translate customer needs into actionable internal priorities, coordinate recovery efforts, maintain reliable forecasts, and influence execution across Planning, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving, and Finance.
