Responsibilities : Coordination of office supply management through regular inventory, ordering, unpacking and stocking/distribution of supplies throughout our Cincinnati campus; Support stocking and maintenance of campus beverage equipment as needed; Responsible for organizing and overall cleanliness of supply rooms, receiving rooms and other storage areas; Facilitates new hire office and cubicle setup, employee moves and works closely with IT department on equipment needs; Assists with creation and upkeep of facilities databases, and other trackers, obtains updates and information from the facilities group and other groups in the company as needed; Assists with coordination of supplies for corporate housing housekeeping; Supports ordering of office supplies for other North America locations; Responsible for scanning and uploading packing slips for received shipments into finance system, working closely with purchasing and finance teams; Primary back-up for shipping and receiving administration for the campus; Cross trained to cover for Receptionist responsibilities as needed; Other tasks and projects as assigned by Facilities Management team. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; 2 or more years in Office support/administration function; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excel skills and overall knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Exceptional team work skills; Ability to work independently.
