In addition, this role will act as PTC Professional Services' AI subject matter expert, developing services offerings, best practices, AI enhanced delivery methodologies and tooling, reusable assets, and enablement programs that elevate the capabilities of our Solution Architects, Consultants, Business Solutions Managers (BSMs), and Project/Program Managers. The individual will partner directly with customers during the sales cycle to define business outcomes, validate AI use cases, assess technical feasibility, and architect scalable solutions that align customer requirements with PTC technology and infrastructure capabilities.
