EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Candidates must possess either a bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5+) years of progressive relevant experience, an associate degree in a related field and seven (7+) years of progressive relevant experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and nine (9+) years of progressive relevant experience in training, coaching, learning and development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Travel regularly to residential sites to support employees where the work happens, reinforce learning, observe skill application, and provide practical coaching to employees and supervisors.
