Working closely with development leadership and teams across the organization, the Development Manager helps translate BWW's programs, impact, and priorities into compelling funding opportunities and maintains the systems and relationships that support a strong development function. Develop clear, compelling, and respectful funder and donor communications, including donor updates, impact reports, cases for support, and presentations, tailored to different audiences while reflecting BWW's mission, voice, and consistent messaging.
