The role creates practical, role-based experiences that help colleagues build skills, understand new tools and capabilities, and apply new ways of working with confidence. The Program leads the colleague experience for assigned initiatives, including learning, communications, engagement, support, reinforcement, and feedback activities that prepare colleagues and encourage sustained adoption.
