What you'll do: • Process a variety of financial transactions (check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, etc.) and accurately balance these transactions • Operate a teller drawer to serve customers and bank personnel in lobby or drive up • Recognize potential cross-sell opportunities and direct customers to appropriate bank personnel • Develop skills to recognize potential fraud and report to management as necessary • Comply with all department, bank and regulatory policies and procedures • Uphold established Wintrust culture • May be responsible for bank opening/closing and may be required to participate in community events. We serve clients in all 50 states with more than 200 branch banking locations in Illinois, southwestern Florida, northwestern Indiana, west Michigan and southern Wisconsin and commercial banking offices in Chicago, Denver, Milwaukee, Grand Rapids, Mich., and in key branch banking locations throughout Illinois.
