Complete all clinical and administrative processes, including documentation, in compliance with organization, department and program policies and procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations (Medicaid, Joint Commission, insurance, etc.) as it relates to content and timeframes for assessments, treatment plans and review, progress notes, services provided, billing, meeting direct care expectations, etc. When an employee performs two or more different jobs, for which different straight time hourly rates are established, the employee will be paid during overtime hours as a rate not less than one and one-half time the hourly rate established for the type of work he or she is performing during the overtime hours.
