You will guide Boards through operational and financial decisions, coordinate vendors and community projects, monitor property conditions, resolve homeowner concerns, and maintain clear communication among Boards, residents, vendors, and CMGT's internal teams. Candidates with transferable property management, operations, financial, vendor-management, or client-service experience may be considered, but all applicants must already hold an active Florida Community Association Manager license.
