Candidate must have proven experience in successfully managing high end banquet service, scheduling and motivating staff to perform at an exceptional level, have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with members, guests, Club management and staff, knowledge of Banquet Events Orders (BEO's), F&B software and Microsoft Office, and be able to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings. The Manager will interact with members and their guests to ensure their needs are being met, receive and resolve questions and issues concerning food, beverages and service and act as a liaison between the event host, banquet staff, and kitchen.
