Required Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in ready mix concrete, aggregates, mining, construction materials, or other heavy industrial environments, with demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and mechanical systems. Field of Study Preferred: Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, Diesel Technology, Heavy Equipment Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
