While the barback does not take direct beverage orders from guests, the barback is responsible for interacting with the guests in a professional and courteous manner and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests as directed by the bartenders. Maintain a clean and well stocked bar by filling ice wells, providing back up mixers and liquor, peeling, slicing, and pitting fruit, washing and stacking glassware, stocking beer, and taking out the trash as directed by the managers on duty and the bartenders on duty.
