A minimum of 6 months experience • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations • Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays • Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law) • Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written) • Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) • Lift up to 30 lbs (kegs, boxes, bottles) • Use hands to handle tools, glassware, and garnishes • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive wrist/arm motions • Clear vision for reading orders and handling cash. • Craft and serve a wide range of unique and delicious cocktails, showcasing your mixology skills and attention to detail • Engage with guests, recommending drinks and providing exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available and properly stocked • Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to coordinate food and beverage service and ensure guest satisfaction • Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service and proper handling of glassware and bar equipment.
