Candidates must be able to identify common IT equipment and components, including servers, desktop and laptop computers, network switches, firewalls, wireless access points, cables, memory types and capacities, uninterruptible power supplies, printers, and related hardware and software. Coordinate outbound shipments by packaging computers, networking equipment, and other IT hardware securely; scheduling carrier pickups; and delivering packages to UPS or other approved shipping providers when necessary.
