Compensation & Benefits** + **Union Pay Rate: $51.31 per hour** + **This position is not tip eligible** + **Free Parking** + **Staff meal provided each shift** + **Pro Shop employee discount** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Set up catered bar areas, ensuring bar is stocked with beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice, and condiments/garnishes + Prepare and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and juices to ensure high product quality + Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain excellent presentation in the bar areas + Count stock and verify using the consumption amounts sheet + Interact with guests, co-workers, and management in a polite and professional manner + Maintain knowledge of beverage items available, answering any questions guests may have + Process drink orders from guests, ensuring presentation, garnish, and portion specifications are met + Fill orders using POS and credit card machines, when applicable + Ensure that only guests over the legal age are served alcoholic beverages by verifying valid identification + Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws and an ability to detect over-served guests and act accordingly + Maintain a clean service area, ensuring all company and state health and sanitation policies are being followed + Recount stock and verify on the consumption sheet and enters end counts into the Point-of-Sale system, if applicable + Adhere to all venue policies, including responsible alcohol service, safety/health, and sanitation policies **Qualifications:** + Previous bartending experience required, with mixology skills and spirits knowledge strongly preferred + Ability to stand and walk for entirety of the shift + Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach + Ability to lift product and equipment up to 50 pounds + Ability to pass a pour and recipe test + Must possess a valid Washington State Food Handling and MAST Class 12 Permit + Ability to complete digital onboarding materials and electronic I-9 employment verification + Black non-slip shoes required when working + Must be at least 21 years of age **About Levy** The disruptor in defining the sports and entertainment hospitality experience, Levy is recognized as the market leader and most critically acclaimed hospitality company in its industry.
