Basic/Required Qualifications * 4 year degree - business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent and 5+ years of prior work related experience OR 9+ years of related experience in lieu of degree * Proficiency/Expertise with project management / project controls concepts / computer applications / analytics, strong collaborative team member Desired Qualifications: * Masters - business, finance, project management, or equivalent * PMI or AACE certification (the following or equivalent are acceptable - PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP, AACE-CEP, AACE-EVP) * Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Project Management Office (PMO), Business Intelligence (BI) tools, reporting dashboards * Software such as Ecosys, advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, slicers, etc.), MS Office Suite, MS Power BI, MS Project Server, Oracle Primavera P6, Power Plan, Maximo, etc. Core Focus Areas: * Apply senior-level project controls expertise in core competency areas, mostly scheduling, cost forecasting, variance analysis, change control management, and governance/procedural compliance * Partner with cross-functional teams across project execution, project controls, and ensure accurate, consistent and on time reporting.
