The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for providing behavioral support to students, conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), analyzing student data, monitoring progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families. Working and engaging with students requires that employees be able to perform necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, and engaging with students in various physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
