The Planning and Real Estate Analyst supports Project Managers and senior staff on real estate, asset management, transit-oriented development, and client initiatives through financial analysis, market and policy research, land use analysis, data collection, and report drafting and preparation. Assist with project coordination by maintaining schedules, tracking milestones and action items, participating in client meetings, and supporting follow-up activities and other planning, real estate, and asset management assignments.
