The BCaBA may provide direct treatment, support behavioral assessments, assist with clinical programming, analyze participant data, provide caregiver training within their scope and payer requirements, and provide training, modeling, feedback, and oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct-service providers as permitted. Location: Windward Oahu / Honolulu, Hawaii Reports To: Supervising BCBA / Clinical Director Compensation: $40.00–$47.00 per hour, depending on service type, experience, training, and demonstrated competencies ($47 reserved for provider Credentialed at a level 3 PFA-SBT).
