Pay: $100.00 - $110.00 per hour.
- BCBA will deliver direct supervision to their BTs/RBTs as well as manage and supervise a small caseload of 4-6 clients.
- Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting as well as the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift children, to 50 lbs., on occasion.
