Develop and maintain extensive technical knowledge of products, services, setup documentation, operating systems, and data transmissions, file formats and protocols used for the delivery and support of Treasury Management products and services. Certifications/Specific Knowledge: MS office expertise, Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Knowledge of Treasury Management products / services, account analysis and online banking systems is preferred.
