The Finance Manager provides leadership, administration, and quality assurance to contractor personnel to ensure timely, compliant, and effective contract execution in support of the F‑35 JPO.Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Knowledge of contract financial management principles, including cost tracking, budget oversight, documentation control, and compliance with government contracting requirements. Ability to communicate financial issues clearly and professionally in writing to government stakeholders, including COR, CO, and technical points of contact, while maintaining responsiveness and accountability.
