This role works closely with finance, portfolio management, legal, fund administrators, and external tax advisors to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international tax regulations while identifying tax-efficient strategies for business and investors. Tax Manager is responsible for managing all tax compliance, tax reporting, tax planning, and tax risk management activities for the investment management company and its investment funds.
