PRIMARY PURPOSE: The TA Specialist leads full-cycle recruiting using AI-enabled tools, data-driven insights, and sound human judgment to identify, assess, and hire high-quality talent efficiently, ethically, and effectively-while ensuring a fair, compliant, and human-centered hiring process.
