This is a floor-focused, tactical leadership position responsible for directing daily production activities, supervising employees, operating and overseeing heavy manufacturing equipment, and ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity expectations are consistently achieved. The successful candidate will be a confident, visible leader who can communicate effectively in English and Spanish, coach employees, resolve production problems, and maintain accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
