Assesses needs, locates and arranges for appropriate referrals of clients as needed; Participates in Student Study Team (SST) meetings, Individual Education Plans (IEP), as well as other school meetings as needed; Collaborates and maintains collateral contacts with school and community resources, including school resource officers, county, court, and probation officers, in addition to parents and significant others.
