You’ll coordinate with physicians, Clinical Care Coordinators, nursing staff, and other team members; assess residents; support admissions and transfers; follow up on medical orders, appointments, and laboratory work; and help maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records. In this role, you’ll provide nursing care and support the day-to-day nursing functions of the unit, helping ensure residents receive safe, timely, and compassionate care.
