If you meet the min quals, you will be placed in one of the following categories: Best-Qualified: Applicants with experience substantially exceeding the min quals of the position and demonstrating high proficiency in all critical competencies, including all Selective Placement Factors (SPF), and appropriate Quality Ranking Factors (QRF) as determined by the job analysis (JA). If met, we will use multiple assessments to place you in one of three categories demonstrating the following competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Decision Making, Flexibility, Integrity/Honesty, Interpersonal Skills, Learning, Reading Comprehension, Reasoning, Self-Management, Stress Tolerance, and Teamwork.
