The ANM assures that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) performs coordination, planning, administrative management, financial and operational duties in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and Assistant Vice President of the Critical Care Nursing Division.
