Patient population includes acute/chronic respiratory illness, post-op general surgery and GYN surgery, post-op total knee and hip replacements, orthopedics, acute and chronic pain, active GI bleeding, CHF/pulmonary edema, diabetes, renal failure, and drug overdose. Preferred skills include port access/management, blood product administration, chest tube management, dysrhythmia management, remote telemetry monitoring, rapid response/code team participation, and pre/post hemodialysis management.
