The Financial & Grants Manager will work closely with the Program Manager, Project Managers, project controls, procurement, finance, legal, technical teams, and other stakeholders to identify financial and compliance risks, resolve issues, strengthen controls, and support the successful delivery and closeout of federally funded projects. The Financial & Grants Manager will provide leadership and oversight of financial management, grants administration, cost documentation, compliance monitoring, financial controls, and reporting activities supporting FEMA disaster recovery, Public Assistance, and related emergency management programs.
